Welcome to Rise With Teagan. These terms apply to your use of risewithteagan.com and your purchase of any of our products and memberships. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Rise With Teagan (ABN 80 722 886 687) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian business based in Queensland.

Our products

  • Digital products: including the Fuel Without the Fuss recipe ebook, Prep Without the Fuss, and the free 5-day meal plan. These are delivered electronically to the email address you provide
  • Recipe Hub membership: access to the full recipe library on our website. Billed monthly
  • Rise App membership: access to the Rise app, including the recipe library, macro and calorie tracking and meal planning tools. Billed monthly. Free trial periods may be offered from time to time as part of specific promotions (for example, to launch waitlist members) and are not a standing offer
  • Rise Plus membership: everything in the Rise App plus a personalised meal plan and coaching support. An upfront fee applies, then a weekly subscription billed weekly, with a 2-week minimum commitment. Places are limited per intake
  • Current pricing for all memberships is displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Billing and cancellation

  • Memberships are recurring subscriptions and continue until you cancel
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will keep access until then
  • If you join through a free trial offer, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before that date
  • Rise Plus has a minimum commitment of 2 weeks from your start date. The upfront fee covers your onboarding and personalised plan and is payable at sign-up
  • We may update membership pricing from time to time. Existing members will be given reasonable notice by email before any price change takes effect

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and memberships, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including for unused time in a billing period.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and you are entitled to a remedy where a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, contact us at letstalk@risewithteagan.com.au.

Health disclaimer

The recipes, meal plans, macro targets and other content we provide are general information only and are not medical advice. Teagan Thomson is a certified nutrition coach, not a doctor or dietitian. Always consult your GP or a qualified health professional before changing your diet or exercise, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or take medication. You are responsible for checking ingredients against your own allergies and intolerances. You use our content at your own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, in our products and in the app, including recipes, meal plans, photos, videos and written content, is owned by Rise With Teagan and protected by copyright. Your purchase or membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own personal use only. You must not share, copy, resell, republish or distribute our content, including sharing your login or forwarding digital products to others.

Memberships and accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account
  • Accounts and memberships are for one person and cannot be shared
  • We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms, including sharing content or accounts
  • The Rise app is provided through a third-party app platform, and your use of the app is also subject to that platform’s terms and the terms of the relevant app store

Coaching (Rise Plus)

Coaching support is provided within stated hours and response times as described on the website. Coaching is guidance and accountability support, not medical or psychological treatment. Results vary between individuals and we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, products, app or content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the product or service or refunding the amount you paid for it.

Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page and applies from the date it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
